Surf And Stand Up Paddle board (SUP)
Winter and spring in Western Australia offers exceptional Surfing and SUP conditions with regular all-day offshore wind. Let KiteWest organise your 4WD camping trip and take you off the beaten track to discover waves or flat-water spots for either beginners or experienced riders.
Staying on location allows you to choose when you want to go for a Surf or a SUP. We can also go to other spots to access different waves if you wish. We have the local knowledge of the best surf breaks, we share your passion!
For beginners you can add a surfing lesson package with our qualified instructor who can help you to progress quickly. You can sit back and watch the waves and choose when you want to get in the Ocean. We go at your pace.
Live, breath, be the Ocean, Ocean by day, listening to the waves at night in your tent on the beach, the true surfer’s experience.

FISH
The Western Australian coast is a great place for the passionate fisherman. The coast is so vast and unpopulated that you’re spoilt for choice for fishing spots. We offer different fishing styles such as balloon fishing, cliff fishing and surf casting. Avid fisherman can choose early morning or night fishing and try their luck at hooking bigger fish or daytime fishing also can be quite productive. Fish species in our area include snapper, blue bone, tuna, groper, coral trout etc. We have some excellent books on local fish species you can refer to. We will provide quality fishing equipment including bait for your use.
Our KiteWest team respect the Ocean and will only support humane fishing, which encourages release of undersized fish and no overfishing or exceeding allowances. We cook what we catch so expect fish on the menu!
