6 nights/days combined SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings, Workshops and Relaxation.
Journey to the Core is a weeklong indulgence in core training, yoga and SUP yoga aimed at providing you with skills to teach basic to advanced level SUP YOGA classes.
If you are looking to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and up level your teaching skills, then this is a week not be missed! You will learn all about the anatomy of the core and functional movement principles. We will have a daily yoga and core conditioning to prepare and improve your skills on a paddle board.
Our Level 1 course features water safety skills, how to set up your class, learning how to modify postures (either seated or kneeling), basic teaching principles, meditation and mindfulness practice, basic pranayama. You will leave able to teach basic level and advanced beginner classes.
Our Level 2 course advances your skills by going deeper into the anatomy of respiration and trunk stabilization, advanced sequencing principles, and advanced techniques at improving balance and core strength. This course will include the use of advanced pranayama techniques, drishti and use of bandhas. You will leave able to design classes for all levels from beginner to advanced.
You can also just take it to deepen your practice and further indulge in self care!
